Terms and Conditions
A £500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the booking, and then 50% of the balance is due 3 months prior your Wedding Day. This is non-refundable and the final payment is due one month before your Wedding Day. 50% of this balance will be refunded if the function is cancelled. Any Guest cancellations with more than 5 days’ notice will be refunded but a minimum number chargeable is 50.
We understand that everyone is different and budgets can be different, so we will quote you a Wedding Package to suit your own budget.
Restrictions on certain days and Room Hire charges may apply.
Please Note- When Booking your wedding; you are only booking the Manor Suite at the Newtown House Hotel. The hotel and its grounds are Public and Hotel holds the rights to carry out any works or functions in the hotel or on its grounds
You are welcome to supply your own Wine and Champagne, but we charge corkage of
£7.50 per bottle of Wine (This price is based on a standard 75cl bottle)
£12.50 per bottle of sparkling (This price is based on a standard 75cl bottle)
No other bottles will be permitted.
If you wish to use chair covers and different colour linen for your Wedding Day, this may be arranged and supplied by yourselves at your cost.
We supply round tables that seat 10 guests comfortably, in some cases we may ask you to accept tables of 11 due to a large number of guests attending your Wedding.
Inclusive of your Wedding package is cutlery, glassware and white table linen.
We also supply a cake stand, round or square with a cake knife and easel.
We are happy to recommend Florists, and Venue Design companies.
If you wish to supply your own DJ, they may make use of our DJ booth.
The Manor Suite has a full PA System in place with DVD, CD, EV speakers, lighting, data projector and
Electric screen and we also have Wireless Microphones for speeches.
We offer a special 10% discount for your guests from our standard Tariff.
72 Hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Vegetarians and Dietary
We will cater for Vegetarians and diets separately from the main Group.
We do not allow any outside caterers or catering on the premises.
We can arrange a Tasting menu at a cost of £25.00 per person which will be added to your invoice. Please choose 3 starters, 3 mains & 3 desserts and we will produce 1 plate of each.
Room Set up Charge
The Hotel will charge a Standard Set up charge of £250.00; this is non-negotiable charge and will apply to all bookings
