Terms and conditions

A £500.00 non refundable deposit is required to reserve the booking, and then 50% of the balance is due 3 months prior your wedding day. This is non refundable and the final payment is due one month before your wedding day. 50% of this balance will be refunded if the function is cancelled. Any Guest cancellations with more then 5 days notice will be refunded full.

We understand that every one is different and every ones budgets are different, we will quote you a wedding package working to your own budget.
Restriction on certain days & Room hire charges may apply.

Corkage

You are welcome to supply your own drinks, but we charge corkage of £5.00 per bottle
(This price is based on a standard 75cl bottle)

Décor

If you wish to use chair covers and different colour linen for your wedding day, this will be provided by the individuals at an extra cost to them selves.

We supply, Round tables that seat 10 guests comfortably, in some cases we may ask you to do tables of 11 due to a large number of guests attending your wedding.

Inclusive of your wedding day is cutlery, glass ware and white table linen.
We also supply a cake stand, round or square with a cake knife.

We are happy to recommend Florists, and Venue design companies

Music

We have a resident DJ at a cost of £250.00
If you wish to supply your own DJ, there will be no extra charge but they will have to use our DJ booth. The Manor suite has a full PA system in place with DVD, CD, EV Speakers, lighting, Data projector and Electric Screen we also have Wireless Microphones for speeches.
