Newtown House Hotel, Hayling Island

The Newtown House Hotel, Hayling Island is an 18th century converted farmhouse providing quality, character accommodation on the south coast of Hampshire.

An ideal centre for touring, the hotel is situated between the historic Naval City of Portsmouth and the cathedral city of Chichester with it's Festival Theatre. Further to the north is the beautiful South Downs with it's quaint villages and stately homes.

Having enjoyed a change of management in 2008, the Newtown House is being sympathetically restored to it's former glory. Extensive new function facilities have been added to the hotel, making it an ideal choice for weddings, business conferences & private functions. In addition to the new facilities guest rooms and the public areas of the hotel have been refurbished to combine the hotels original features, such as old ship's beams, oak panelling and stone fireplaces with quality modern fittings and furnishings.

Hayling Island is accessible via a road bridge.
