The Newtown house hotel situated on the beautiful Hayling Island, Hampshire has been welcoming guests for over 60 years.The hotel originally a farm house built in the late 18th century has undergone a massive refurbishment project.

The privately owned hotel hosts a wide range of features and facilities for its guests; You can enjoy afternoon tea in the lounge with the log fire burning on a cold winter day or you can dine in the glorious Garden room restaurant where our head chef and his team will deliver for you some fabulous dishes prepared and cooked to order only using the finest ingredients from around the local Hampshire area. The Hotel boasts 20 en-suite bedrooms which include Bridle and executive suites. All Rooms have free wi-fi, Internet, flat panel Samsung TVs with free view, Complimentary Mineral water sourced from the new Forest, and Duck Island toiletries. All the bedrooms have been decorated to a very high standard using only the finest fabrics and crisp white bed linen, each room has been designed with a colour scheme to suit the individuality of the room making each stay here a different experience.
