Our New Head Chef
and
His Delicious Menu

The Newtown House Hotel introduces a fresh culinary experience, bought to you by the new Head Chef, Robert Parslow. Robert launched his new A’La Carte Menu, from the first of February, introducing a delightful selection of fresh, homemade innovative dishes. His produce will all be locally sourced and in keeping with the seasons. As a keen pastry chef he will also bring to the table new homemade desserts, which will test your taste buds.

Robert’s previous experience includes a period at The George Hotel in its Michelin starred Restaurant. He has also worked at some of the top restaurants in London, including The Plateau, at Canary Wharf. He has also catered for private dinner parties with illustrious guests, such as Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, Tom Parker-Bowles, Alan Titchmarsh and Rick Stein.

Robert is committed to his future at the Newtown and is looking forward to producing delicious food for all to enjoy.
